Design That Pushes Boundaries

On every project, our in-house structural engineer and design team work closely together in a carefully developed process that helps deliver the best solution for our clients while remaining true to the architects’ creative vision.

At every stage, proposals are subject to series of continuous reviews. It’s a methodical, systematic approach that offers multiple benefits all round – encouraging creative thinking and determining the best solutions to ensure the final design not only meets but exceed client requirements and, ultimately, delivering best value for money at the same time.

3D CAD rendering is the process of converting 3D BIM models into 2D computer images with photorealistic effects. It is like having a photo or film of a completed building before the building has actually been built.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a process that begins with the creation of an intelligent 3D model and enables document management, co-ordination and simulation during the entire lifecycle of a project (plan, design, build, operation and maintenance). BIM is used to design and document building and infrastructure designs. Every detail of a building is modelled in BIM. The model can be used for analysis to explore design options and to create visualisations that help stakeholders understand what the building will look like before it’s built. The model is then used to generate the design documentation for construction.

BIM not only allows design and construction teams to work more efficiently, but it allows them to capture the data they create during the process to benefit operations and maintenance activities. BIM data can also inform planning and resourcing, on a project, city or country level. This is why BIM mandates are increasing across the globe.

  • Digitise your construction site and connect project information from design through to construction and handover
  • Make better design decisions, improve building performance and collaborate more effectively throughout the project lifecycle
  • Explore design options
  • Create visualisations of the building
