It’s always exciting to see a project make progress, and Bath Street – a 551-bed student accommodation complex set across 16,390 sq ft in the heart of Glasgow – is starting to take shape. The third core of the development has been completed GRAHAM Building North and its frame partner, Hampsey Ltd, in just eight weeks.
With each core standing at 36 meters, that’s quite the achievement – not least because it means NetZero Facades Ltd can now prepare to swing into action creating and manufacturing the exterior glazing products.
With the project on track to hit our installation start date of March 2024, we’ve already hit the ground running, with:
✅ Detailed design at an advanced stage
✅ Our zero-emissions logistics strategy in place
✅ Our window wall samples all fully off-site manufactured and installed
✅ Project procurement at an advanced stage
So again, a huge thanks to Hampsey Ltd for working hard keeping the frame programme on target enabling us to hit our planned start date.
